Provide experienced Rapid Application Deployment development resource to assist in product customizations, reduce support obligation through product re-engineering, and expand the functionality base of core products to meet specific client needs.

Impact

Nodus Solutions struggled to manage support and development operations due to the rapid expansion of per-client implementations of core products. ETS performed a comparative analysis of custom functionality deployed across all product lines and developed a Core-System Implementation plan. This plan combined the common functionality across each implementation into one managable code-base consisting of modular functional units and created a “snap-on” framework for per-client customization.

ETS assisted Nodus Solutions in the execution of the Core-System Implementation plan by providing development resources to the project and managing code-base versioning. By extracting the core functionality into modular units, Nodus Solutions was able to deliver expanded functionality to their clients by leveraging prior customization efforts. The result of the project was the reduction of product support costs, reduced implementation overhead, and increased revenue through product flexibility.
